We train our crews for 90 days. If your work history is acceptable for client satisfaction and your manager is happy with you, we will keep you on.

Incentive Based Performance: We pay hourly for work. However, based on the surveys we receive back from our clients, we offer weekly and daily bonuses too.

- Cars may be provided for team leaders**
